African Mother
This was a cool assignment! We had to first create silhouettes of characters based on the theme "African Tribal", those are what you see in the top left. We then had to choose one and give it six different variations using white to block in some detail and contrast, then we had to create a final, line art version (the big one on the right).
I was soooooooooooooooooo happy to do african stuff. This was sooooo awesome.

Some Animated Walks
ZOMBIE!
The second one needs to be looped to play well. Don't know if that's an option on blogger.

Mama Bird and an Inuit Zombie Slayer!
I ended up spending way too much time on this.
The assignment was to make a random shape and then create a character out of it.
So! Here's what came out of that. I like it, but I kind of wish I went with this other shape I drew because it totally could have been a guy in a turban riding a small dinosaur. Maybe I'll draw it anyways.
So all you get right now is mother goose sitting on an egg. Laaaaammeeee.
Also, here's some other school assignments.
This assignment was to design a main character for a zombie/horror video game. Our group decided on an arctic/inuit theme. He's a zombie slayer, yeah! The first two are just sketches, the colored one is the final.

School is Back!
School is back! Which means art projects with weird themes! For my Visual development and character design we had to take the above photos and stylize the characters in our typical drawing style. Have fun with lil' miss barbarian and her hick pa!
Also!
Have you been having trouble jumping over boxes lately? Here's a fun and helpful demonstration of one way you might approach such a demanding task!
Available soon will be an entire DVD box set of tutorials guiding you through a variety of ways to leap over pesky boxes!
With training, you can eventually jump over the box of DVDs!
Remember to reach those arms!
